Shipley, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Anthropology at Haverford College. Dr. Shipley will give a talk titled "Celebrity Rapture: PARODY AND DIGITAL MEDIATION IN WEST AFRICAN POPULAR MUSIC”. Dr. Shipley will also do a special presentation of his film “Living the Hiplife” from 5:15 p.m - 7 p.m. Scott Lab, Room 48.
