Her discussion -- "The Future of Interaction Design: Off the screen and into our lives" -- explores the fact that humans use our bodies to communicate, to process the world and to learn. Yet, the current interaction with technology is limited to the screen, making it a primarily visual and touch interaction. It is time for desingers to think about how our relationship with technology can be improved by paying attention to how humans inhabit the world.
