Hopkins Hall Gallery Summer Series presents Practices of the Absence - i.l.o.v.e.y.o.u by Nayeon Yun, an audience participatory work that encourages visitors to read and recompose cutouts from the text of Antoine de Saint-Exupery's The Little Prince. Nayeon Yang's purposeful act of emptying the text of the letters needed to write "I love you" reinterprets the novel as a writing about love to be shared. A reception is planned in the gallery on Thursday, May 29, 3-4 p.m.
