Jeff McCausland presents "Back to the Future? Battlefield Nuclear Weapons in South Asia" as part of the Director's Speaker Series of the Mershon Center for International Security Studies. A retired colonel, McCausland will argue that Pakistan's decision to develop and deploy tactical nuclear weapons is a dangerous development that could allow a terrorist group to acquire a nuclear device.
