Silk Road Ensemble

Led by Persian ethno-musicologist and historian Shahyar Daneshgar, the Silk Road ensemble will perform tradition music of Central Asia. The event is part of the Central Asia in World History summer institute sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities and is free and open to the public.
