In honor of the Department's 50th anniversary, Todd Armstrong, professor of Russian, Grinnell College, will present "Russian Mad Men: Valery Todorovsky’s Teleserial Ottepel as a Window on Russian Culture".
George Kalbouss, professor emeritus, will present the history of the department.
Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown and Representative Michael Stinziano will offer speical remarks.
