The Warrior State: Pakistan in the Contemporary World
T.V. Paul, James McGill Professor of International Relations at McGill University, will speak on his most recent book, "The Warrior State: Pakistan in the Contemporary World". Paul argues that a “geostrategic curse” renders Pakistan, which has more than 100 nuclear weapons that could easily fall into the wrong hands, perpetually in danger of becoming a failed state.
