What is Literacy?
The Graduate Interdisciplinary Seminar in Literacy Studies, or GradSem, meets monthly on the first Friday for pizza and a student-organized program about some aspect of research within the field of literacy studies. The topic for the GradSem on Friday, October 7 takes its cue from the most fundamental of questions: What is Literacy? New and returning graduate students are invited to explore definitions and applications of literacy and learn about LiteracyStudies@OSU.
