Short Description: Written early in his career, Romeo and Juliet was one of Shakespeare’s most popular plays during his lifetime and today continues to be one of his more performed works. With its central unifying theme of young love, Shakespeare created an enduring archetype, and his star-crossed lovers will grace the Roy Bowen Theatre in Fall 2016.

The Ohio State University Department of Theatre presents one of Shakespeare's most thrilling plays in a fast-paced, 100-minute version, adapted and directed by Alison Bomber, Associate Artist, Royal Shakespeare Company.
