The Ohio Supercomputer Center, located on Ohio State’s west campus, will serve as a satellite location for an XSEDE OpenACC GPU programming workshop on March 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

OpenACC is the accepted standard, using compiler directives to allow quick development of GPU capable codes using standard languages and compilers. It has been used with great success to accelerate real applications within very short development periods. This workshop assumes knowledge of either C or Fortran programming. It will have a hands-on component using Blue Waters, which is deployed at NCSA.

Visit the Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) for more information.
