Arts and Sciences Students Garner NSF Graduate Research Fellowships
Four arts and sciences undergraduates have been awarded National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowships, and nine arts and sciences students received Honorable Mentions.
NSF Fellowships provide three years of support for graduate study leading to research-based master's or doctoral degrees. 2,000 Fellowships are awarded annually to graduating seniors and first- and second-year graduate students to ensure the vitality of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in the United States.

Undergraduates wishing to apply for an NSF are encouraged to attend an information session in May, June, or August, and to begin working on their application materials during the summer. Prospective applicants should contact the Undergraduate Fellowship Office at fellowships@osu.edu.
