The Ohio State University School of Music presents its annual Celebration Concert at 8 pm Friday, December 2, in Mershon Auditorium, 1871 N. High St. The popular event celebrates the holiday season and showcases the school's many performing groups, from the OSU Symphony Orchestra to its Jazz Ensemble, glee clubs and bands, all presented in a fast-paced, non-stop collage setting.

Among the selections featured in this year';s concert are Incantations with the Symphonic Choir; Salvation is Created with the Tuba and Euphonium Ensemble, Brahms' An die Heimat with the Chorale; the Jazz Ensemble performing I Thought About You; Sleigh Ride by the Symphonic Band; Cibola with the Men's Glee Club; the Trumpet Ensemble performing Carol of the Merry Gentlemen; and of course, the traditional combined finale, the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's Messiah.
