Our extensive course list includes in-person and online options for each academic area to provide flexibility to your schedule.

The university will roll out a new General Education program for new students beginning in Autumn 2022. Requirements for current students will not change, and they will continue to complete the same GE program — now called the Legacy GE. When searching and registering for Autumn 2022 classes, students can find Legacy GE classes by using the search filter "General Education – Legacy."

HISTORY 3706: Coca-Cola Globalization: The History of American Business and Global Environmental Change 1800-Today

This course offers an introduction to the fields of environmental history and business history, beginning with the industrial revolution of the early nineteenth century and ending in the twenty-first century. It chronicles the rise of some of America's biggest multinational corporations and examines how these firms, working with governments and other institutions, shaped global change.
