The CAPS Coffee Research Project Team is pleased to host Trish Rothgeb, Director of Q and Educational Services at the Coffee Quality Institute and Founder of Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015. The talk will explore the evolution of the coffee industry's describing words for what is in your cup. As technology and market influences change the way the consumer enjoys coffee, the industry devoted to quality must adjust as well as maintain established standards.
