Week #7: Affirmation of Self & Others (Mar 26th)
Are you a woman planning to work in a traditionally male-dominated field? Are you also someone who wants to better understand the challenges your female peers face when working in a male-dominated field? This 7-week Development Academy, presented by the College of Arts and Sciences Career Success, offers opportunities to learn from women who have achieved success by overcoming barriers and are working to eliminate gender stereotypes in all industries. Network with your peers and learn from leaders whom have gone before you!

- Week #3: Being a Minority in a Majority Environment (Feb. 13th)
