Dr. Allison Cooper Lecture: How Do You Watch Half a Million Films? Cinema Studies in the Era of Big Data

Dr. Allison Cooper, Assistant Professor of Romance Languages and Literatures and Cinema Studies at Bowdoin College, will present her work as director of Kinolab, a digital humanities project for the collection and analysis of narrative, documentary, and experimental film. Her lecture will focus on recent innovations in digital research methodologies in cinema studies.
