Event Host: STEAM Factory
Short Description: For the annual Franklinton Friday Cat Show, The STEAM Factory will host Colony Cats, bringing adoptable kitties, Drs. Julie Byron and Jessica Quimby (The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine) to discuss feline diseases and conditions, make-your-own catnip toy art projects, COSI and more!
In honor of the annual Franklinton Friday Cat Show, the STEAM Factory will host:
Colony Cats — will have kitties that you can meet, play with and adopt. Plus presentations on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return/Release) program, the importance of fostering and benefits of volunteering.
Veterinarians from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine including Julie Byron and Jessica Quimby.
Rebecca King (Animal Behaviorist) — How to get your cat to behave
Meg Daly (Museum of Biological Diversity) will talk over juvenilazation of cats and why they make great pets!
Plus COSI — Make-your-own catnip toys art project and more!
