Jeffrey Sachs to Give COMPAS Keynote Address

The Provost’s Discovery Themes Lecturer Program and The Conversations on Morality, Politics, and Society (COMPAS) present Jeffrey D. Sachs, director of The Earth Institute and Quetelet Professor of Sustainable Development at Columbia University and special advisor to United Nations Secretary-General on Millennium Development Goals for a keynote address on The Age of Sustainable Development.

With panelists, Professors Elena Irwin and Ian Sheldon, Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics, College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, The Ohio State University.

Moderator: Michael Neblo, associate professor of political science and director, COMPAS, The Ohio State University

The event is free and open to the public.
