John C. Burnham Lecture in the History of Medicine and Science

Join the Department of History for the 2021 Burnham Lecture, "To Test or Not To Test: Tools, Rules, and Corporate Data in U.S. Chemicals Regulation". Professor Angela Creager will discuss the development and use of genetic toxicology in chemicals regulation.

The John C. Burnham Lecture Series in the History of Medicine/Science was established in 2000 with gifts from Professor Burnham’s wife, Marjorie Burnham. The Department of History and the Medical Heritage Center of the Prior Health Services Library are joint sponsors.
