Event Host: ASC Career Success


This will be a two hour event with the purpose of allowing students to learn about a variety of public service programs in which they can engage. In the first hour, representatives of Peace Corps, Americorps, City Year, Urban Teachers and Teach for America will talk about their programs, describing their missions, what their volunteers do, where they work, requirements to serve, how to apply, benefits during and after service, and other aspects. During the second hour, students can network freely with individual program representatives to learn more.
