We are joined together in sadness, shock, and grief. You are not alone in your grief. Today we express our sorrow. We don’t know yet, all the “hows” or “whys” of this tragedy. Perhaps, we may never fully understand it. Most tragically, civilian casualties have been high. A wanton disregard for human life. Imagine the chaos. To share the grief that we all feel. There is madness in this world. We must continue to exhibit the intensity of our emotions. An explicit threat. No one can say that there are no dangers. We know the world cannot stay the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent." Summer Series is a multi-venue program that showcases short- and long-term projects such as gallery exhibitions, performances, audience participatory work, discussions, research demos and more. This series encourages collaboration, multidisciplinary approaches and seeks ideas that foster conversations, relationships, or careers, that represent diverse perspectives.
