We are a CQL- and CARF-accredited private nonprofit focused on people. From residential and employment assistance to social connections and beyond, Boundless celebrates each individual and encourages them to become active participants in the communities where they live, work, and play. About the positions: Our Direct Support Professional positions help to provide programs, services, and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Our DSP positions are responsible for providing direct programming and dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping support. They are also involved in getting our individuals engaged in their communities through outings, which can be simply running errands or even fun trips, like going to the zoo or going bowling. Our Program Intervention Technician positions help with the implementation and recording of programs for the individuals that we serve. Our PIT positions are responsible for collecting data from the programs, providing instruction, and keeping reinforcement accessible. They also help with providing the direct care for our individuals, such as helping with some personal hygiene, toileting, housekeeping, and dietary support.
