Repetition Isolation: The Abundance Within
Event Host: Urban Arts Space
Disarmed by loss, three artists confront the silence of what has been left behind by the circumstances of the human condition. Through mixed-media sculptures and installations, Molly Burke and Bethany Haeseler each explore biomorphic forms and overgrowth on a macro level. In contrast, Danielle Johns’ drawings quietly cast the viewer into a feeling of a longing & isolation. There will be an artist talk on Saturday, Oct. 18, 4-5 p.m., with a reception to follow from 5-6 p.m.For more information about the exhibit and the artists, visit the Urban Arts Space website.
