On Tuesday, Nov. 10 in 300 Younkin Success Center, University Libraries in collaboration with UCAT will present “Ways to Talk with Your Students about Research in Your Discipline.” In this workshop, representatives from the University Libraries will explore the six major ideas or “threshold concepts” students should learn in order to develop expertise with information. They will share how these threshold concepts can be used to create better research assignments and experiences for undergraduate students.Visit UCAT to register.
