Short Description: This popular annual musical extravaganza showcases the school’s many performing groups – from the Symphony Orchestra, glee clubs and concert bands to its Jazz Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, soloists and much more, all presented in a non-stop collage setting.
This popular annual musical extravaganza showcases the school’s many performing groups – from the Symphony Orchestra, glee clubs and concert bands to its Jazz Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, soloists and much more, all presented in a non-stop collage setting.
Some selections that will be featured include You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch originally by Albert Hague, arr. Bob Thurston, performed by the Jazz Ensemble; Jingle Bells performed by the Flute Troupe, originally by Valerie Coleman; Haec Dies by Jacob Handl, performed by the Men’s Glee Club and many more. The night will end traditionally with the Hallelujah Chorus from Messiah by George Frideric Handel performed by the Men’s and Women’s Glee Clubs, Symphonic Choir and Symphony Orchestra.
