Coffee Chat: Russ Jipson (Criminology, '05)

Join us for an informal discussion with Arts and Sciences alumnus Russ Jipson (Criminology, '05) about the path he has taken to arrive where he is in his career! Russ currently works for Quantum Health as Manager of Talent Acquisition. In his role Russ oversees the recruiting function along with three other recruiters for the company and helps with any staffing needs the company may have. Quantum Health hires primarily customer service and clinical nurses but also does a lot of other corporate functions like IT, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc. Russ's role is to help develop the strategy, oversee the execution of that strategy, and help optimize technology, processes or any general thing that relates to the recruiting function.
