Event Host: ASC Career Success
Employers regularly report to the Career Success Center that college graduates need to improve in communication skills (speaking, writing, reading, etc.).
In addition, according to research from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), oral/written communication skills are one of the eight critical Career Readiness Competencies that college graduates need proficiency in, to be prepared for the modern workforce. This Development Academy will help students develop these much needed skills!
