The East Asian Studies Center, Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures, and Japan Association of Translators will hold a panel discussion as part of the Japanese Interpretation and Translation Series 2016-2017: "How to Become a Translator or Interpreter." Professional translators and interpreters will discuss the realities of working as a translator and interpreter, as well as offer advice on how best to get a job in those fields.
