Most full time jobs require a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, but you can increase your marketability to employers by having a more advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel. This FREE course is designed for students who already have foundational knowledge and skills in Excel 2016 and who wish to begin taking advantage of some of the higher-level functionality in Excel to analyze and present data. Space is limited!  Register for this course, via Handshake: https://osu.joinhandshake.com/events/285454 Additionally, you will be required to submit a $20 refundable deposit to secure your seat in the course. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a refund for the $20 deposit. If you do not attend the Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2016 Training Course, the $20 deposit will be forfeited (deposit instructions are below). Deposits can be made by either cash or check. Please place deposit in an unsealed envelope and bring to Denney Hall 100 during the following dates and times: Wednesday, March 20th - between 10am-11:30am Thursday, March 21st - between 9am-11am Wednesday, March 27th - between 8:30am-10:30am Monday, April 1st - between 12:30pm-2:30pm A member of the Career Success team will be able to process your deposit in Denney 100 at these times. You may check in with the front desk staff and ask for this staff member. Please note deposits are due by Monday, April 1st. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to leverage the power of data analysis and presentation in order to make informed, intelligent organizational decisions. You will: Work with Functions Work with Lists Analyze Data Visualize Data with Charts. Create advanced formulas. Analyze Data with PivotTables and PivotCharts.
