Please join the OSU Sociology Department and OSU College of Public Health as we welcome author Brian Alexander to discuss his book, "The Hospital: Life, Death, and Dollars in a Small American Town." This discussion will focus on the social and economic forces shaping poor health in both Ohio and the nation, with particular attention to the role of the US healthcare system.
The presentation format is TBD, the author will speak for roughly 30-45 minutes and host a Q&A afterwards. This event is free and open to the public.
