Can a machine learn the environment? Artist Tega Brain will visit The Ohio State University campus to address this question as well as discuss her life and work in digital art. A former environmental engineer turned artist whose work examines issues of ecology, data systems, and infrastructure. Tega Brain is currently an Associate Professor of Integrated Digital Media at NYU and author of Code as Creative Medium: A Handbook for Computational Art and Design.
