Join Arts and Sciences alumnus Dallas Scrip as he discusses his unique career journey that spans from the classrooms at OSU, to a career in coaching football and journalism, to his current role with Benefit Management, LLC. From Dallas: "Most people limit their success without even knowing it. They can't get out of their own way. By understanding a few key items, I can put each student on a path to success. My journey to The Ohio State University and since is a strong illustration of how these items have led to success."

Dallas graduated from OSU with a degree in Public Affairs Journalism in June 2004. After working four jobs to survive the rest of 2004 he joined the football coach staff at Baker University (KS). While coaching, Dallas graduated with a Masters in Liberal Arts and the Social Sciences in December of 2005, 10 months after he began the program. Since that time Dallas ran the sports department of a newspaper prior to entering the third party administration business at Benefit Management (BML) in 2009. At BML he has held numerous positions in the Business Development and Sales sectors, prior to taking on his current role of President in 2019.

Benefit Management, LLC is a progressive and committed, and authoritative, Third Party Administrator known for flexibility, innovative solutions and unparalleled member experience. Since 1995, they have built and administered countless commercial and government health benefit programs, covering thousands of lives in all 50 states.
