The Center for Cognitive and Brain Sciences is proud to announce the fifth annual CogFest Film Event!
CogFest Film is a great opportunity for the Columbus community to become engaged in cognitive science. By discussing the cognitive science behind your favorite films, we hope to inspire anyone and everyone to become interested in the topic. Whether you're an expert, novice or somewhere in-between, we welcome you to attend. This year, we'll feature sci-fi fan favorite, "Upgrade" (2018).

Prior to the film screening, CCBS will host a casual public reception in the Fawcett Center Montgomery Room. Light hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served between 5:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. The film screening will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and run until 8:30 p.m.
The following week, guests will be invited to watch a virtual discussion lead by cognitive science experts. The experts will discuss the science behind the film and answer audience questions. Guests will receive a separate email with information on joining this virtual event.
