On December 5, 2022, the ASC Office of Distance Education will host an interactive workshop for instructors wishing to learn more about Thinglink, an educational technology tool that is now available for broad use by instructors and students in the College of Arts and Sciences to create and explore interactive content in Carmen. This workshop will include demonstrations of a variety of uses of the Thinglink tool, explanations of the benefits of employing interactive content in online and hybrid courses, and opportunity to explore interactive content examples created by the ASC Office of Distance Education instructional design team.
The first 45 minutes of the workshop will feature an overview presentation and the second half will be reserved for interactive demonstrations and time to answer specific questions from instructors.
