Raymond Duvall, Morse-Alumni Distinguished Teaching Professor of Political Science at University of Minnesota, will speak on "War Without Humans: From Liberal War to the Constitution of Global Imperial Sovereignty" at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Mershon Center for International Security Studies, 1501 Neil Ave. His talk will examine how the increasing use of drones, robots and computers in warfare affects the principle of territorial state sovereignty.
