The School of Music will soon move out of Hughes Hall — its home since 1949. To honor the generations of music-making, scholarship and research that have taken place at 1899 College Road, we invite the public, especially alumni, to join the students, faculty and staff for a musical tribute which will include brief remarks, and performances by the Trombone Ensemble, Flute Troupe and Men's Glee Club.
As an official "thank you" to our former home, all those in attendance will join in singing Carmen to close the event.
After 4 p.m., parking in Arps Garage is open to visitors.
