The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry will hold the 2016 Pitzer Lecture honoring Professor Russ Pitzer and the influence he had on the department as faculty member and a former chair. Professor Emily Carter of Princeton University will present a lecture entitled, "Sustainable Energy Phenomena from First Principles: From Fuel Cells to Fusion." Please join Professor Carter for a light reception immediately following her lecture in CBEC Lobby.
