Ryan Behan (DMA, 2009), assistant professor and director of Keyboard Studies at the University of Indianapolis, performs Franz Liszt's Années de pèlerinage ("Years of Pilgrimage"). He has performed throughout the United States, in Europe and China, with radio broadcasts on ORF (Austria), BBC, and NPR. Behan is co-director of the Franz Liszt International Piano Festival and Competition (Ohio), president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Liszt Society; with a strong profile throughout the Midwest, he has concertized with members of the Indianapolis Symphony, ProMusica Chamber Orchestra, Columbus Symphony and Dayton Philharmonic; is an active competition adjudicator, and he continues to present master classes throughout the United States and abroad.
Behan will also present a master class on February 15 at 11:30 a.m.
