Students are invited to a pizza lunch and conversation with young alumna Rosa Ailabouni, an international mangagement consultant.

Ailabouni (French, International Studies, Political Science, 2001), is an international strategy consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Over the past decade, she has advised governments in some of the world’s most strategic and politically sensitive locations, including the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.

Ailabouni will share her experiences as an international consultant and her insights on finding your passion among life’s transitions.

While Ailabouni’s consulting career has focused on commercial and government strategy issues at the national and international levels, she also has demonstrated a strong commitment to the betterment of society as a whole. At Ohio State, she created and directed Buckeyethon, the largest student-run philanthropic organization on campus. She was also involved in student leadership opportunities through Undergraduate Student Government, the Ohio Union Activities Board, and the honoraries.

In 2013, The Ohio State University Alumni Association selected Ailabouni for the William Oxley Thompson Alumni Award for young alumni achievement.

Ailabouni earned an MBA from Cornell University, adding to degrees already earned: a master’s in international affairs from Columbia University; a Diplome (master’s equivalent) from the Institut D’Etudes Politiques in Paris, France; and graduate certificates from George Washington University in homeland security, emergency preparedness, and response and from Columbia University in Western European studies.
