IMPACT’s call to action is the "ripple effect” -- the repercussions of an event or situation experienced far beyond its immediate location. Moreover, IMPACT’s brand identity was inspired by the following quote from Senator Robert F. Kennedy ...“Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.”
Hiring Emergency Assistance Representatives:
Job Summary: Works directly with customers on an individual basis and/or provides program and general Agency information via telephone and in person. Verifies and processes customer information to determine eligibility for private, state and federally funded programs. Identifies additional customer needs and makes recommendations for referrals to additional programs. Provides customer education on a variety of topics
