Short Description: Tiffany King, assistant professor in women's, gender and sexuality studies at Georgia State University, will be visiting campus to discuss her latest book, The Black Shoals: Abolition, Decolonization and Conquest.

Tiffany King, assistant professor in women's, gender and sexuality studies at Georgia State University, will be visiting campus to discuss her latest book, The Black Shoals: Abolition, Decolonization and Conquest. The book explores how Black studies and Native studies interact and how they offer insights into understanding how slavery, anti-Blackness, and Indigenous genocide structure white supremacy.
