The Center for Urban and Regional Analysis (CURA), the hub for GIS and data-driven urban science on campus, will hold its first event of the semester titled "What is the Future of Suburbs?" A leading group of scholars and voices from the public and private sector will guide a conversation about suburban change: how communities are adapting to shifting lifestyle trends and the dynamic form, function and culture of the suburbs. The event is free and open to all; refreshments will be provided.
