Please complete the following form to submit a nomination for the College of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Teaching Award or Outstanding Graduate Associate Teaching Award. Nominations may only be submitted by currently enrolled undergraduate students.
- Outstanding Teaching Award:
To be eligible the nominee must be a regular, tenure-track faculty member in the College of Arts and Sciences. Because this award recognizes faculty who excel in teaching given their additional research, scholarship and service expectations, they may not be a clinical track faculty member, an adjunct faculty member, auxiliary faculty member, visiting faculty member, emeritus, instructor, lecturer or other title that would not require the research, teaching and service expectations of tenure-track faculty. Their appointment must be at least 50%. Previous recipients are not eligible. The award includes a plaque and $1,000.
- Outstanding Graduate Associate Teaching Award:
To be eligible, the graduate student must hold a position as a GTA and be pursuing a graduate degree in the College of Arts and Sciences. Previous recipients are not eligible. The award includes a plaque and $1,000.
