American Flags Ceremony to Honor Veterans

Short Description: Ohio State Vets 4 Vets will be planting American flags on the South Oval to honor women and men veterans.


Ohio State's Vets 4 Vets, the student chapter of the Student Veterans of America, will be on the South Oval Thursday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. planting American flags to honor OHio State's women and men veterans. The public is invited to join the celebration and plant a flag in honor of a family member or friend who is a veteran.

Last year, more than 3,000 flags were displayed, representing every Ohio State faculty, staff and student veterans.
