They are about career development, preparation for success and finding where you fit within our team. Throughout the programs, you will gain a renewed sense of purpose and will secure the tools to make a difference as an individual, in the community and at Cintas. Learn more about both of these programs at a very special virtual information session!     Management Trainee Program Our Management Trainee program reflects our belief in promotion from within whenever possible. This allows Cintas to create a pipeline of sustainable leadership for our company. The Cintas Management Trainee program provides trainees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.     Internship Program Cintas offers one of the most robust internship programs available. This program is open to undergraduate students and provides valuable exposure to one of our core business units. Program features include: Competitive wages that increase with each year of enrollment Extensive training and development in one facet of our diverse business A great transition into our Management Trainee Program The best part about these programs? Cintas is recruiting for both right now! Immediate openings exist for the Management Trainee Program, for positions that start in July!
