We are looking for the next leaders of Sherwin-Williams to join the team through our various Early Talent programs. Sherwin-Williams is excited to have three recruiters LIVE to speak about our programs in Sales, Audit and Global Supply Chain. The Early Talent programs that will be showcased are the Management/Sales Training Program, Field Audit Program and Accelerated Development Program. We will also be able to highlight some of our GREAT benefits such as our family-like culture, hands-on training, competitive salary with progressive pay increases, long-term growth opportunities as well as generous long-term retirement and savings plans (just to name a few!). Recruiters will discuss the following opportunities, among others... Management/Sales Training Program: Grow your career as you gain experience leading a team, managing store operations, provide excellent service to our customers and develop a strategic business plan for your store. Dedication to our employees’ success has led to an internal promotion rate of more than 90%. This 6-week training program is designed to provide you with all the skills necessary for a successful career in management and/or outside professional sales. Field Audit Program: Gain hands-on career experience as you help audit and support operations for 70+ stores in a region. Here you will be supported by our network and resources as you work to evaluate and report on operations and internal controls within our largest revenue generating division. Field Audit offers an in-depth 6-week training program, personal development and career advancement combined with exciting opportunities to travel and relocate. Accelerated Development Program: Grow in your career with opportunities to cross-train and gain real-world experience in all functions that make up the end-to-end supply chain at Sherwin-Williams. In this program you will be able to travel to manufacturing and distribution locations across the country and receive Six Sigma and transactional lean certification.
