Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Operation Feed

OPERATION FEED
Though May 20, 2011

For over 30 years, Operation Feed has raised food and funds that provide assistance to individuals and families in need. Each year, Mid-Ohio Foodbank joins forces with local businesses, schools, civic groups, and individuals to raise critically needed resources through a community-wide drive.

More than 248,000 individuals receive emergency food each year through Mid-Ohio Foodbank.

  • 35% of food requests from pantries are for children
  • 13% are for senior citizens
  • Only 5% of clients are homeless; 1 in 5 is a homeowner
  • 18% of those seeking assistance have been in managerial or professional jobs

The College of Arts and Sciences is determined to fight hunger with an all out effort!
