Online Donor Letter Submission

You will need your Ohio State name.number and password to submit your letter.

Each year the College of Arts and Sciences awards more than 800 donor-funded scholarships. Help us grow the amount of scholarship aid available to students like you in future years by sharing about yourself in a letter to your scholarship donors.

The letter you submit will be shared with all the donors who supported the scholarship(s) you are receiving this academic year.

Please be aware that this page is only for scholarships you received from the College of Arts and Sciences. Other university scholarships are not part of this process.

If you received multiple scholarships from the College of Arts and Sciences this academic year, you can choose to write one letter that will be shared with the donors of all your scholarships OR you can complete the Qualtrics survey multiple times.

 

Letter Writing Instructions

Your letter should be at least 250 words but can be as long as you’d like. 

Suggested topics to address:

  • Your year and major(s)
  • How receiving financial support has impacted your educational journey
  • What drew you to OSU and your path of study
  • Your future plans after OSU
  • Something that you’d want the donor(s) to know about you
  • Fun facts or personal anecdotes about your college experience

A tip to make the submission go quicker is to write your note in a Word document prior to beginning the Qualtrics survey. You can then simply copy and paste the content into the Qualtrics submission form.
