The Tempest is about the magic of theatre, the desire for revenge and the bravery and loss that come with forgiveness. Prospero is a man both in and out of control who, with the help of his servant Ariel, directs his own version of the events that play out.  The ultimate power, however, lies with the audience.

Royal Shakespeare Company Assistant Director Cressida Brown will work with MFA actors to adapt The Tempest, exploring the nature of ensemble and the creative process.
