This program is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences. In order to be eligible, you must be an undergraduate student enrolled on the Columbus campus and have officially declared a major in the College of Arts and Sciences. 

Because funding for this program is limited, and we wish to extend this opportunity to as many students as possible, you may request a meal card once per semester (once autumn semester and once spring semester) whether you dine alone with a teacher or as part of a student group. 

Meal cards will be distributed first come, first served.

These cards allow you entry into one of the three all-you-care-to-eat Traditions Dining Services locations located at Kennedy, Scott, and MorrillThey may only be used at one of these three locations.

Your Information

Student ID Number (9 digits); not your social security number

In order to be eligible, you must have officially declared a major in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Arts and Sciences Teacher's Information

The teacher must be a member of the College of Arts and Sciences and teach on the Columbus campus. The teacher must hold a position as a faculty member (professor, associate professor or assistant professor), an instructor, a lecturer or a graduate teaching associate (GTA) in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Additional Student Information

You may take up to two additional undergraduate students as long as they have a declared major in the arts and sciences (three students total including yourself) and have not already participated in this program this semester. Remember, meal cards may be requested once per semester (once autumn semester and once spring semester) whether students dine alone with a faculty member or as part of a group.
